大学生志愿服务管理中存在的问题及对策思考--以南京N学院为例

The Problems in the Management of College Students Volunteering Service and Their Countermeasures——Taking College N in Nanjing as An Example

志愿服务作为中国青年志愿服务的重要组成部分,在社会建设领域中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文以南京N高校为例,对大学生志愿服务管理中存在的问题进行剖析,发现大学生志愿服务中存在的问题,原因在政府、显现于学校,最终伤害社会和志愿者。本文分别从三个方面对大学生志愿服务管理提出了一些对策。

Volunteering service, as an important component of Chinese youth volunteering services, plays more and more important role in social construction. Based on an empirical investigation at College N in Nanjing, the paper analyzes the problems existed in the management of college students volunteering service, and finds out that those problems are caused by the government but appeared in the college and finally harm the society and volunteers. Hence, the paper puts forward some countermeas- ures from three aspects to the management of college students volunteering services.
