建设节约型机关是建设节约型社会的重要组成部分,是落实科学发展观的必然要求。当前,我国政府机关能耗和浪费严重,阻碍经济社会的良性发展,损害政府形象。本文基于低碳经济的视角,阐述了建设以低碳排放为特征的节约型机关的必然性和必要性,在此基础上进一步分析了高碳型机关的现状和产生原因,并提出建设以低碳排放为特征的节约型机关的一系列对策。
