选取健康杜×长×大三元杂交肥育猪36头,按饲养试验要求分为3组,每组3个重复,每重复4头猪(公、母各半)。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮;试验1组(双低菜粕组)在对照组饲粮基础上,分别用13%的双低菜粕代替配方中11%的豆粕;试验2组(双低菜粕+酶组)在试验1组基础上添加0.03%专用复合酶制剂。预试期7 d,正试期51 d。结果表明:不同处理日粮对肥育猪的生长和饲料利用无显著影响(P>0.05);添加酶制剂使肥育猪血清IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3和C4含量分别降低了15.87%(P<0.01)、12.40%(P<0.01)、10.34%(P<0.05)、20.55%(P<0.01)和17.78%(P<0.01)。加酶后肥育猪血清IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3和C4含量分别提高了37.74%(P<0.01)、27.43%(P<0.01)、28.85%(P<0.01)、41.38%(P<0.01)和32.43%(P<0.01);不同处理日粮对肥育猪血清抗氧化指标及Ca、P、血清尿素氮含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。
Thirty-six finishing pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) with similar initial body weight were randomly allocated to three groups by weigth and sex,each group had three replicates with four pigs per replicate.The control group was fed the corn-soybean meal(SBM)diet.Test group 1(double-low rapeseed meal,DL-RSM group) used 13 % double-low rapeseed meal instead of 11 % SBM of the control group diet.In test group 2(DL-RSM+Enzymes group),0.03 % complex enzymes(cellulase 10000 IU/g,xylanase 6000 IU/g,mannanase 5000 IU/g,protease 12000 IU/g) were supplemented on the basis of DL-RSM group' diet.The feeding experiment lasted for 51 days,after 7 days of adaptation period.The results showed that different treatment diets had no significant effect on the growth performance and feed utilization of the finishing pigs(P 0.05);comparing with the control group,the serum IgA,IgG,IgM,C3 and C4 levels decreased by 15.87 %(P 0.01),12.40 %(P 0.01),10.34 %(P 0.05),20.55 %(P 0.01) and 17.78 %(P 0.01) in the finishing pigs of the DL-RSM group.Compared to the DL-RSM group,adding compound enzymes increased the serum IgA,IgG,IgM,C3 and C4 levels of the finishing pigs by 37.74 %(P 0.01),27.43 %(P 0.01),28.85 %(P 0.01),41.38 %(P 0.01) and 32.43 %(P 0.01),respectively;different treatment diets had no significant effects on serum antioxidant indicators and Ca,P,BUN level(P 0.05).
