摘要
腰英台油田是一个低渗、特低渗微裂缝发育的低品位油藏,储层压裂改造十分困难,压裂改造技术成为该类油藏能否实现有效开发的关键技术。为解决储层的压裂改造问题,从降低压裂液滤失、解决窄缝加砂工艺出发,经理论建模、分析、研究和实验验证,确定了采用"段塞降滤、小增量线形加砂、F-55支撑剂"的综合压裂工艺技术。该压裂改造工艺技术在实验取得成功后,在腰英台油田产能建设中全面采用,施工成功率和储层压裂改造效果都得到了大幅提高,使得该油藏实现了有效开发。同时,腰英台油田的压裂工艺效果、增油效果也充分说明该工艺技术是成功的、可行的,为类似低品位油藏储层的压裂改造提出了一个新的技术思路。
Yaoyingtai Oiffield belongs to the low and ultra-low permeability reservoir developed with microfractures and low quality. It is very difficult to fracture, so the fracturing technology is the critical and key technology to successfully develop this type of reservoir. In order to solve this problem, we paid much attention to reducing the fracturing fluid loss and successfully pumping sand to the slim slot. By using the methods of theoretical model building, analysis, research and experiment testing, we adopt new technology of integral fracturing, namely the technology of separating pill and reducing fluid loss, little increment and linear sand pumping, using F-55 proppant. This type of fracturing technology was widely used during the development of Yaoyingtai Oilfield after getting the successful experiments, obviously increasing the fracturing operation success ratio and pay zone fracturing effect, and making it possible to efficiently develop the oilfield. This kind of fracturing technology was proved successful and feasible, which provided a new technical method for fracturing the similar reservoir.
