摘要 为了认识可动微凝胶这一新型调驱体系的物理化学性质,指导矿场调驱实施工作,采用激光纳米粒度测量仪、布氏黏度计及人造岩心,对可动微凝胶这一新型调驱体系进行了室内实验评价,研究了可动微凝胶的表观形态、粒径大小、黏度及封堵性能。结果表明,纳米级可动微凝胶其初始粒径为几十纳米,水化10 d后粒径溶胀为几百纳米,粒径随溶胀时间增加而变大。体系的黏度较低,黏度随质量浓度变化较小,随温度升高,黏度下降。体系的封堵能力与渗透率关联较强,粒径一定的体系在一定的渗透率范围内可产生有效封堵,在岩心中具有封堵、突破、深入、再封堵的逐级封堵调剖特性。实验结果说明可动微凝胶具有遇水溶胀的特点,溶胀后的可动微凝胶可对高渗层进行有效封堵,具有较好的深部调驱效果。 In order to understand the physical and chemical properties of this new type of profile control system for soft micro-gel (SMG) and guide the field work, the laser particle sizing, brookfield viscometer and artificial core were adopted to measure the shape, particle size, viscosity and plugging property of SMG and evaluate the new profile control system in laboratory. The results show that the initial size of SMG is tens of nanometers, it can reach hundreds of nanometers 'after hydrating for 10 days, and the particle diameter of SMG system increases with dilatation time. The viscosity is low and is almost invariable with the concentration, but the viscosity decreases with the increasing temperature. The plugging property of SMG is associated with permeability strongly and the certain size of system can make effective plugging in a certain degree, having the properties of in-depth profile control step by step of plugging, breakthrough, deepening and plugging again in the core. The experimental results show that SMG can expand when it contacts with water and it can block high permeability layers after expansion of SMG, so it has a good effect on in-depth profile control.
