摘要
以江坪河水电站放空洞无压段为例,利用ANSYS软件模拟了衬砌混凝土的施工过程,采用三维有限元法仿真计算了温度与温度应力,分析了有无过缝钢筋约束工况下温度应力的发展过程和分布规律,研究了过缝钢筋在增加结构段之间整体性的基础上对衬砌混凝土应力的影响,为隧洞工程是否有必要设置过缝钢筋提供了参考。
Taking the non-pressure section of emptying tunnel in Jiangpinghe Hydropower Station for an example,software ANSYS is used to simulate the construction process of lining concrete,and a simulation calculation of temperature and thermal stress is carried out by using a three-dimensional finite element method.The development and distribution of thermal stress is analyzed with and without the limit of over-joint reinforcement,and the effects and influence range of the over-joint reinforcement to the stress of lining concrete are studied on the basis of the enhancement of integrity between structures.This study provides a reference for the use of over-joint reinforcement or not in tunnel engineering.
