黔西南州新农村用电分析及其电网发展研究

Analysis of Power Consumption of New Countryside in Southwest of Guizhou Province and Its Grid Development

随着黔西南州新农村建设的不断深入和城乡一体化的快速发展,农村电力需求快速增长。为解决农村电网与经济发展不相适应的矛盾、提升农网供电可靠性和供电能力,通过对黔西南州新农村用电情况的调研,分析了黔西南州新农村的用电结构及其特点,针对山区农村实际情况,结合新农村经济的发展,预测了农村用电量需求趋势,并提出了农村电网建设规划管理的思路和具体措施,为西部地区新农村农网建设提供参考,为新一轮农村电网升级改造提供依据。

With the new village construction in southwest of Guizhou Province and the fast-developing of urban and rural integration,the rural power demand increases quickly.To deal with the contradiction between rural power grid and rural developing economics and promote the power distribution reliability and electricity supply of rural power grid,this paper investigates the power consumption in southwest of Guizhou Province,analyzes the structure and characteristics of electricity consumption.Then according to the actual situation and the economic development condition of mountainous countryside,it predicts the tendency of power consumption demand and puts forward specific measures and new ways to remold the new countryside power grid.These conclusions can provide reference for rural power grid construction in West area and basis for a new round of rural power grid upgrade and improvement.
