基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价在水质评价中的应用

Application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Based on AHP in Water Quality Evaluation

为了避免层次分析法中人的主观性对水质评价结果的影响,提出了层次分析法与模糊综合评价相结合的水质评价方法。利用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,采用模糊综合评价法进行水质评价。针对引起石头口门水库汇水流域水质恶化的主要因素,根据石头口门水库汇水流域的4个监测断面2001-2007年的水质监测数据,结合层次分析法和MATLAB编程,应用模糊综合评价法对石头口门水库汇水流域4个监测断面的总氮、总磷、溶解氧、化学需氧量等9个指标进行了评价,评价结果表明:石头口门水库、饮马河(烟筒山)和岔路河(星星哨水库)总体属Ⅲ类水质,双阳河(新安),水质属Ⅴ类。应用模糊综合评价法进行水质评价是合理的,为日后石头口门水库治理方案的制定及确保长春市民饮水安全提供科学依据。

In order to avoid the effect of subjectivity on the water quality assessment with analytical AHP,a new assessment method is proposed combining AHP with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation（FCE）.In the method,the weights of various evaluation indices are determined by AHP and water quality is assessed by FCE.A study is made on the water quality deterioration of Shitoukoumen Reservoir in terms of contamination markers.According to the monitoring data at four different sites during 2001 to 2007 year,9 water quality main assessment factors for Shitoukoumen Reservoir,such as total nitrogen,total phosphorous,dissolved oxygen,chemical oxygen demand,and so on,were evaluated through applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation results show that the water quality of Shitoukoumen reservoir,Yinma River and Chalu River belongs to class 3,the quality of Shuangyang River belongs to class 5.Application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the water quality assessment is reasonable.It will provide critical information for the formulating treatment plans of Shitoukoumen catchment and ensuring the safety of drinking water.
