美国职前教师培养的增值评估研究——以路易斯安那州为例

摘要 本文探讨美国路易斯安那州对其职前教师培养方案进行增值评估的实践状况,包括其产生背景、实施方法与程序、发展阶段及现实境遇等,以寻求提升我国职前教师培养和职后教师教学质量的路径。
