摘要
采用激光粒度测量技术和扫描电镜测试技术对硅酸三钙(C3S)单矿物经高能球磨后的颗粒特性进行了测试,并运用分形理论对测试结果进行分析。结果表明,C3S经高能球磨粉磨后被迅速地细微化,产生了脆性破坏和塑性变形两种不同类型的破坏。球磨C3S的分形维数与其粉磨试样的粒度分布、比表面积和中位径等参数间存在良好的相关性,是一个能综合反映粉体颗粒特性的参数。
The characters of tricalcium silicate(C3S) single mineral through high energy ball grinding were tested by using laser granularity survey and scanning election microscopy(SEM) technology.The fractal theory was used to analyze the test results.The results indicated that C3S became ultrafine particles quickly,and resulted in two different types of failure modes: the brittle fracture and plastic deformation under the high energy ball grinding function.There are good relevances among the fractal dimension and C3S's grain-size distribution,specific surface area and medium diameter and so on;the fractal dimension could be used as the comprehensive parameter reflecting the characters of powders.
