鄂西赤铁矿尾矿制备劈开砖试验研究

Research on Making Split Brick with Hematite Tailings in Western Hubei

以鄂西赤铁矿尾矿为主要原料,进行了制备劈开砖的实验研究,并对不同配方、不同烧成温度样品的吸水率、抗折强度、抗冻融性等进行了测试分析,得出最佳工艺参数:陈腐时间3 d,干燥时间2 h,烧成温度为1 120℃,w(铁尾矿)∶w(粘土)=6∶4。制备的劈开砖吸水率为3.59%,抗折强度为27.26 MPa,抗冻融性较好,各项指标均符合劈开砖行业标准。

Research on making split brick with major materials of hematite tailings in western Hubei,testing and analyzing the water absorption,breaking strength and resistance to freezing and thawing of the samples with the different recipe and firing temperature.The best technological parameter： the conventional time is 3 d,the drying time is 2 h,the firing temperature is 1 120 ℃,hematite tailings∶clay=6∶4.The split brick＇s water absorption is 3.59%,the breaking strength is 27.26 MPa,and the resistance to freezing and thawing is good.All indexes accord with split brick＇s professional standard.
