摘要
根据大型工程项目的合同实施特点,重点从合同架构对项目投资控制、进度控制、质量控制以及组织协调等方面的影响分析其重要性,阐明合同架构分析是合同关系建立的基础,有助于把握合同管理的主线,起到提纲挈领的作用,并提出具体实施建议。
Based on the contract execution characteristics of large-scale engineering projects,the importance of contract framework was analyzed from its effect on the project investment control,progress control,quality control,organization and coordination,and it is also set forth that the contract framework analysis is the basis to establish contract relationship,it is helpful to grasp the main clue of contract management,playing an outlining role,and some specific implementation suggestions were proposed in this paper.
