阐述了节能减排的必要性,并对建设行业有关建筑设计、建筑施工及建筑节能减排指标体系等方面进行探讨,强调要依靠科技创新,努力做好节能减排,实现全社会的可持续发展。
The necessity of energy consumption and emissions reduction was described,the architectural design,the construction technology and architectural energy consumption and emission reduction index system in construction industry were discussed,it was stressed that we should rely on scientific and technological innovations to carry out energy consumption and emission reduction and realize the sustainable development of the whole society.
