情报概念的内涵、外延与相关学科的分析评述

本文阐述了情报的定义,认为情报是特定时间、特定状态下传递给特定的人的那部分有用的知识或信息,情报是一种多向思维和重组的智慧,是创造、创新、创意;并对情报概念的内涵和外延及与相关学科的关系进行了分析,认为信息、知识、情报三者除了存在概念和外延上的包含和交叉关系外,还存在着互相转化的动态关系;只有在信息和知识的环境中探讨情报,情报学才有发展的基础。最后简述了图书馆学和情报学知识研究的不同。

The paper expounds the definition of intelligence,and holds that intelligence is the useful knowledge or information that is passed to specific people at specific time and in a specific state.Intelligence is a multi-directional thinking and re-combined wisdom,and is creation,innovation and originality.The paper also analyzes the connotation and extension of the concept of intelligence as well as its relationships with related disciplines,and holds that information,knowledge and intelligence have the dynamic relationships of mutual transformation in addition to the inclusive and cross-over relationships in concept and extension.Only when intelligence is explored in the information and knowledge environment can information science have the development basis.Finally,the paper gives a brief description of the differences in knowledge research between library science and information science.
