摘要
从组织学习优势及传播模式两个方面,分析Twitter技术应用于企业组织学习流程的可行性;结合Twitter的去中心化等特点,阐述基于个人、团队、组织的学习循环模式,并在此基础上构建基于Twitter技术的组织学习模型。
This paper analyzes the feasibility of the application of Twitter technologies in enterprise learning process in terms of organizational learning advantages and disseminating models.Then,in combination with the characteristics such as the decentralization of Twitter,the paper expatiates on the learning cycle model based on individual,team and organization.On this basis,the paper constructs an organizational learning model based on Twitter technologies.
