摘要
介绍了中国车牌识别的研究背景和现状,提出了一种基于神经网络的新方法,并设计了一种没有直接预处理的车牌像素图像的卷积神经网络结构。该图像变换适用于利用原始车牌来增加训练数据库。实验结果验证了本车牌识别方法的鲁棒性和有无车牌的识别效率。
The article introduces the background of Chinese vehicle plate recognition and situation, proposes a new method based on neural network, and designs a license plate without direct pixel image preprocessing of convolution neural network structure. The image is applicable to transform the original license to increase training database. The experimental results verify the license plate identification method and robustness of the license plate recognition efficiency.
