摘要
为了使开关电源达到高功率密度和易于便携的要求,采用高频PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)软开关控制方式,不但利于减小开关电源的体积,而且还能有效降低开关器件损耗和噪音。详细分析了零电压变换ZVS(Zero Voltage Switch)PWM脉宽调制Boost变换器的软开关过程及实现软开关的条件,利用Saber软件对Boost电路在硬、软开关条件下进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明ZVS PWM软开关变换技术具有开关损耗小、恒频控制和变换效率高等优点。
In order to reach the aim of high power density and portable power, the method of soft switch control was adopted to reduce the volume of power and restrain the loss and noise of power device. The operation principles of the ZVS (zero voltage switch) PWM (pulse width modulation) boost converter and the realization conditions of the soft switching were fully analyzed. The simulation was conducted by the Saber software. The results indicated that the ZVS PWM converter presented some advantages such as low switching loss, fixed frequency control, high efficiency, etc.
