临床护理路径在脑卒中患者二级康复中的应用研究

The application and study of clinical nursing pathway for the two stage rehabilitation of cerebral apoplexy

目的观察临床护理路径在脑卒中患者二级康复中的应用效果,探讨脑卒中患者二级康复的规范化护理模式。方法将66例住院脑卒中患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组(32例)采用传统康复治疗及护理方法,实验组(34例)采用临床路径护理模式。分别在不同时间点对患者采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评定肢体运动功能;改良Barthel指数量表评定日常生活活动能力;测定平均住院日、平均住院费用以及满意度等,对比评价效果。结果两组患者在入院首日肢体运动功能及日常生活活动能力评分差异无显著意义(P>0.05),住院2月末及出院后1月末评分差异有显著意义(P<0.05);两组患者的平均住院天数、住院费用及满意度差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论按临床护理路径实施康复护理,可以提高脑卒中患者的疗效,减少住院天数,降低费用,改善护患关系。

Objective To study the effects of applying the clinical nursing pathway for the two stage rehabilitation for patients with cerebral apoplexy and to explore their standardization nursing mode. Method 66 cases hospitalized patients with cerebral apoplexy were divided into control group（32 cases）and study group（34 cases） according based on the order in hospital,The control group using traditional rehabilitation therapy and nursing methods,the study group using clinical nursing route mode,The physical movement function was assessed with Fugl-Meyer movement assessing function scale at different rehabilitation stage.The daily moving ability was assessed with improving Barthel exponential table;The average hospital days,average hospital fees and the degree of satisfaction was assessed and compared.Result There was no significant difference between the two groups in appraising their physical movement functions and their daily moving abilities was measured on their first day of hospitalization（P〉0.05）,There was significant difference on the end of two months in hospital and one months leaving hospital（P〈0.05）.There was also significant difference in the average hospital days,average hospital fees and the degree of satisfaction（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Applying the clinical nursing pathway for the two stage rehabilitation of cerebral apoplexy patients can increasing the curative effects,decreasing the hospital days,reducing the fees,improving the relationship between the nurses and the patients.
