呼伦贝尔地区1536名居民超重、肥胖及腹型肥胖现况调查

Study of Overweight,Obesity and Abdominal Obesity Status among 1 536 Residents in Hulunbeier Mongolian Region

目的了解呼伦贝尔蒙古族地区居民超重、肥胖和腹型肥胖现况。方法对呼伦贝尔地区18岁以上居民1536人进行问卷调查,测量身高、体重和腰围,按照中国肥胖问题工作组给出的判断标准进行评价和分析。结果呼伦贝尔蒙古族地区居民超重检出率为男性37.7%,女性31.5%,肥胖检出率为男性29.0%,女性18.1%,腹型肥胖检出率为男性63.9%,女性43.8%,男性均显著高于女性;随年龄增长,超重、肥胖和腹型肥胖检出率呈上升趋势;蒙古族中超重、肥胖和腹型肥胖检出率分别为34.6%,24.9%和53.5%,汉族中超重、肥胖和腹型肥胖检出率分别为34.3%,18.7%和48.9%,肥胖检出率及男性腹型肥胖检出率蒙古族高于汉族。结论呼伦贝尔蒙古族地区居民超重、肥胖和腹型肥胖检出率较高,且不同年龄、性别和民族的居民间存在差异。

Objective To investigate the current status of overweight, obesity and abdominal obesity among the residents in Hulunbeier Mongolian region. Methods 1 536 residents aged over 18 years in Hulunbeier were investigated with questionnaire and physical measurement including body height, weight and waist circumference, then assessed the data according to the national reference standards. Results The detection rate of overweight among the residents in Hulunbeier Mongolian region was 37.7% in men and 31.5% in women, while the rate of obesity was 29.0% in men and 18.1% in women, and the rate of abdominal obesity was 63.9% in men and 43.8% in women. The rates in men were significantly higher than those in women. These rates increased with age. The detection rates of overweight, obesity and abdominal obesity were 34.6%, 24.9% and 53.5% in Mongolian residents, while 34.3%, 18.7% and 48.9% in Han residents. The detection rates of obesity and male abdominal obesity in Mongolian residents were higher than those in Han residents. Conclusion The rates of overweight, obesity and abdominal obesity among the residents in Hulunbeier Mongolian region were high, and different in residents with different gender, age or nation.
