医学生情绪智力培养的团体沙盘特点 被引量:13

摘要 目的分析医学生情绪智力培养前后的团体沙盘特点,以沙盘游戏为工具考察医学生情绪智力培养的效果。方法随机抽取首都医科大学临床专业一个班37名学生为研究对象接受10次情绪智力团体心理干预,以接受7次以上干预且参加前后2次团体沙盘为入组标准,共25名被试入组。采用大学生情绪智力问卷施测,并对前后2次团体沙盘进行创伤-治愈沙盘主题分析。结果经过情绪智力团体心理干预,医学生情绪智力得分显著提高(t=-2.176,P<0.05),团体沙盘创伤主题减少(t=6.986,P<0.01)、治愈主题增多(t=-5.624,P<0.01)。结论情绪智力培养之前的团体沙盘呈现出混乱、威胁、限制等创伤主题;经团体心理干预之后,医学生情绪智力水平提高,团体沙盘呈现出创伤主题减少,整合、赋能、旅行等治愈主题增多的特点;团体沙盘主题的前后变化体现了情绪智力培养的效果。 Objective To analyze the characteristics of the group sandtrays done by medical students before and after the cultivation of EI,using the tool of sandplay as the indicator of the effect of EI training.Methods A class of 37 medical students randomly selected from Capital Medical University was cultivated by a 10 times' EI training,and subjects with more than 7 times participation were accepted as the valid sample,a total of 25 subjects enrolled.The differences of the sandtrays and the scores of Emotional Intelligence of College Students before and after the EI training were compared.Results After EI training,scores of emotional intelligence were significantly increased(t=-2.176,P〈0.05).The trauma themes of group sandtrays reduced(t=6.986,P〈0.01),and the healing theme of group sandtrays increased(t=-5.624,P〈0.01).Conclusion Chaos, threats,restrictions of trauma themes in the sandtrays before EI Training are showed;through psychological intervention,the level of emotional intelligence of medical students is improved,and trauma themes redduced and integration,empowerment,travel of healing themes increased.The changes of the sandtrays suggest the effect of the EI training.
