摘要
目的采用内隐联想测验(IAT)对大学生的内隐成就动机进行研究。方法本文使用测验测试了32名被试,从性别、文理、年级和学历角度研究大学生的内隐成就动机。结果①大学生内隐成就动机在性别(t=-0.936,P>0.01)、文理(t=-1.7,P>0.01)上差异不显著;②大学生内隐成就动机在学历(t=-4.617,P<0.01)和年级上(F=14.223,P=0.000)差异有统计学意义。结论大学生的内隐成就动机是客观存在的,且主要受学历和年级的影响。
Objective To study the implicit achievement motivation of university students by using Implicit Association Test（IAT）.Methods In study,32 students from Shaanxi Normal University finished the Implicit Association Test in terms of sex,speciality,grade and educational background.Results ①There was no smart difference on the level of implicit achievement motivation,in terms of male or female（t=-0.936,P〉0.01）,literal arts or natural science（t=-1.7,P〉0.01）.② There were obvious differences on the level of implicit achievement motivation in terms of different grade（t=-4.617,P〈0.01）,different degree（F=14.223,P=0.000）.Conclusion Implicit achievement motivation of university students objectively exists,and is mainly influenced by degree and grade.
