摘要
目的对医学生进行情绪智力团体培训并探讨培训效果。方法采用随机取样方式抽取首都医科大学某学院二年级2个班级为研究对象,分为实验组与对照组。采用大学生情绪智力问卷及大学生心理健康问卷进行施测,实验组接受10次的情绪智力团体培训,对照组不做干预,对干预前后两组样本结果进行配对t检验。结果经过团体培训与对照组学生相比,①实验组前后测差值在情绪智力总分(t=4.390,P<0.001)、情绪觉知(t=3.110,P<0.01)、情绪评价(t=3.208,P<0.01)、情绪适应(t=2.542,P<0.05)、情绪控制(t=3.513,P<0.01)、情绪表达(t=2.669,P<0.05)上差异有统计学意义;②实验组心理健康总分(t=3.170,P<0.01)、人际和谐(t=3.864,P=0.001)、积极乐学(t=2.210,P<0.05)、目标追求(t=3.476,P<0.01)维度差异也都有统计学意义。结论本研究设计的情绪智力团体培训可以有效提高医学生情绪智力水平,并能改善其心理健康水平。
Objective To study the effect on emotional intelligence group training for medical students.Methods Two classes in sophomore of Capital Medical University were recruited using by a random sampling method.One was for the experimental group which was accepted 10 times group training, and the other was for control group without any training.They were measured by a questionnaire of the Emotional Intelligence Scale of college students and Mental Health Questionnaire for college students.Results ①Significant differences were noted between experimental group and the control group before and after training in total emotional intelligence(t=4.390,P〈0.001),emotional perception(t=3.110,P〈0.01),emotional evaluation(t=3.208,P〈0.01),emotional adaption(t=2.542,P0.05),emotional management(t=3.513,P〈0.01) and emotional expression(t=2.669,P〈0.05);②there were significant differences in the experimental group in terms of total mental health(t=3.170,P0.01),interpersonal harmony(t=3.864,P=0.001),actively learning(t=2.210,P〈0.05),and goal pursuit dimension(t=3.476,P〈0.01).Conclusion Emotional intelligence group training can effectively raise the level of emotional intelligence of medical students and improve their mental health.
