摘要
采用3种不同链长聚氧乙烯与同一种脂肪酸反应,得到聚醚酯类结构的水溶性润滑剂。考察聚氧乙烯链长对添加剂水溶性、极压、抗磨以及减摩性能的影响。结果表明,随着聚氧乙烯链的增长,添加剂的HLB值逐渐增大,有助于改善其在水中的溶解度,但对其摩擦学性能有一定的负面影响;聚氧乙烯链长对添加剂的历温性能有明显的影响,应根据具体的使用要求,选择合适链长的聚氧乙烯进行添加剂的合成。
Three kinds of water-soluble ester lubricant additives were synthesized, which have the same long chain alkyl and different length of polyoxyethylene chain in their molecules. The investigation about the effect of the length of polyoxyethlene chain on the water solubility, extreme pressure, antiwear and friction reduction properties of the additives was performed. It shows that, with the length of polyoxyethlene chain growing, the HLB value of the additive increases, but its tribological properties become poor gradually. The length of polyoxyethylene chain has clear effect on the high-low temperature performance of the additive. It is necessary to choose approciate PEO to synthesize additives.
