摘要
提出了一种由太阳能光伏电池和蓄电池联合供电的小功率、低功耗智能控制系统电源设计方案。阐述了太阳电池的工作原理及蓄电池的四阶段充电过程,设计了太阳电池与蓄电池之间的切换电路,给出了以UC3909为核心的四阶段充电方式具体电路。最后将测试样机应用到智能温棚控制系统中。实践表明,该方案符合设计要求,对于小功率、低功耗智能控制系统的电源设计具有实际应用意义,尤其在电源紧缺的偏远山区更具有推广价值。
A joint-powered miniwatt and low-power intelligent control system power supply by a solar photovoltaic cells and batteries was designed in this paper.The working principle of solar cells and the four-stage charging process of battery were described,the switch circuit between a solar cell and battery was designed,and the specific circuit for the four-stage charging process with UC3909 as the core was proposed.Finally,the test prototype was applied to the intelligent temperature control system in the studio.The results show that the design meets the requirements of a miniwatt,low-power intelligent control system with a practical application,especially for the power shortage in remote mountainous areas.
