摘要
介绍了单相全桥逆变的点焊电源主电路设计以及基于DSP2812的控制电路设计。通过对逆变电路的输入电压和输出电流进行采样,运用模糊-PI双模控制算法对其进行控制,以达到恒定焊接电流的目的。并在此基础上研制出了一台3kW/kHz的中频逆变电阻点焊机。试验结果表明,该系统工作稳定可靠,能够较好的投入工业使用。
The welding inverter single-phase bridge circuit and control circuit design based on DSP2812 was introduced.Through the inverter circuit input voltage and output current sampling,the fuzzy-PI control algorithm was used to control the mode to achieve a constant welding current purposes.On this basis,a 3 kW/kHz IF inverter spot welding machine was developed.The experiment results show that the system is stable,reliable,and able to better put into industrial use.
