摘要
对均相溶液聚合法制备聚苯醚(PPE)工艺中影响PPE品质的因素进行了研究,分析了溶剂配比、催化剂类型、反应温度、聚合时间等因素变化对PPE产品品质的影响。结果表明,通过改变溶剂中良溶剂与不良溶剂的比例可以实现均相溶液聚合法和沉析聚合法这两种聚合工艺制备PPE,溶液法制备PPE的最佳反应条件为:反应溶剂中甲醇的摩尔分数为15%,催化剂胺/铜的物质的量比为40/1,反应温度为30℃。
The influence factors on the quality of polyphenylene ether (PPE) prepared by homogeneous solution polymerization were analyzed. The influence factors including solvents ratio, variety of catalyst, reaction temperature, polymerization time, and etc on the quality of PPE was studied. The results showed two polymerization processes, homogeneous solution polymerization and precipitation polymerization preparing PPE can be realized by adjusting the toluene and methanol ratio. The best conditions of preparation of PPE by solution polymerization were methanol content in the solvents was 15 wt%, the molar ratio of amine to CuCl2 was 40/1 and the reaction temperature was 30 ℃.
