摘要
对比分析了三种涂覆级地低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)树脂(燕山石化公司1C7A、大庆石化公司18G以及卡塔尔石化公司LA-0710)的结构和性能。在此基础上,调整了18G的聚合工艺条件,并以丁烯作为分子量调整剂,生产了新型涂层树脂18G-10。结果表明:18G-10的熔体质量流动速率为6.54 g/10min,密度为0.918 g/cm3,口模膨胀系数为1.6,熔体强度为0.07 N;新的聚合工艺有效地解决了大庆石化公司LDPE涂层树脂专用料加工温度低、缩幅大的问题。
In this paper, by making comparative analysis of the structure and property of three coating grade resins LDPE (1C7A in SINOPEC Yanshan Co, 18G in SINOPEC Daqing Co, LA-0710 in SINOPEC Qatar Co). After adjusting the polymerization reaction conditions of 18G and using butene as molecular weight modifier, a new coating grade resin 18G-10 was produced of which the melt flow rate was 6.54 g/10min, density was 0. 918 g/cm^3 , die expansion coefficient was 1.6, the melt strength was 0.07 N. The new polymerization had effectively solved the problems of low processing temperature and serious neck-in during extrusion of coating resin special for LDPE in SINOPEC Daqing Co.
