摘要
醋酸纤维素在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)中难以进行静电纺丝,将其与芳纶溶液混合后成功制备了芳纶/醋酸纤维素纳米纤维。芳纶/醋酸纤维素混合溶液有利于静电纺丝,当芳纶与醋酸纤维素质量比大于1∶2后即可获得均匀的纳米纤维。随混合溶液中芳纶与醋酸纤维素的质量比和溶液质量分数的提高,纳米纤维中的珠状缺陷逐渐减少。芳纶/醋酸纤维素纳米纤维的热稳定性较纳米芳纶明显提高。纳米芳纶在150℃附近存在热失重过程,而芳纶/醋酸纤维素纳米纤维在这一阶段的热失重温度升至250℃左右。
The cellulose acetate/DMAc solution is unable to be electrospun into ultra fine fiber.However,the cellulose acetate/meta-aramid solution with a mass ratio more than 1∶ 2 can be successfully electrospun into uniform nanofibers.The beads on the surface of the nanofibers decreased gradually as the mass ratio of cellulose acetate/meta-aramid in the solution and the mass concentration of the solution increased.The thermal property of cellulose acetate/meta-aramid nanofibers improved significantly as compared with aramid nanofibers,and the thermal loss process of aramid nanofibers occurred at around 150 ℃,whereas it occurred at 250 ℃ for cellulose acetate/meta-aramid nanofibers.
