不同类型创新主体发明专利维持信息实证研究

Empirical analysis of patent maintenance information of the different types of innovation subjects

通过对工矿企业、科研院所、个人、机关团体四类创新主体在我国获得授权的发明专利的维持时间、权利要求数、审查时间和发明人数方面的分析,得出结论:平均维持时间和权利要求数均值均依次减少的顺序是工矿企业、个人、科研院所和机关团体;平均审查时间依次减少的顺序是工矿企业、科研院所、个人、机关团体;发明人数均值依次减少的顺序是科研院所、机关团体、工矿企业和个人。

Analysis of maintenance time,number of claims,examination time and number of inventor of patents of innovation subjects,which granted by SIPO,conclusion as following： average maintenance time and average number of claims of enterprises,individual,universities and institutes,and organizations are orderly to reduce;average examination times of enterprises,universities and institutes,individual,and organizations are orderly to reduce;average numbers of inventor of universities and institutes,organizations,enterprises,and individual are orderly to reduce.
