摘要
中国的旅游业是改革开放政策的产物,在过去的30多年中有了长足的发展,逐渐成为国家重要的产业。随着改革的不断深化和社会经济形势的不断变化,国家关于旅游业发展的政策和战略在不断地调整。文章在对中国旅游业的国际地位和近年来旅游发展政策沿革客观分析的基础上,提出了旅游产业定位和三大市场优先顺序的新思路,并对中国未来旅游发展战略、管理体制改革、旅游业的对外开放、公共旅游服务体系的建设以及特定旅游业态的发展提出了具体的意见与建议。
Tourism industry,as an outcome of the policy of economic reform and opening to the outside world in China,has grown rapidly in the past 30 years or so into an important industry in the country.With the deepening reform and changing social and economic situation,the state policy and strategy for tourism development needs readjustment accordingly.On the basis of objective analysis of the position of China's tourism in the world context and changes of tourism policies,the author argues the present industry positioning and priority of tourism market development,puts forward his proposals for the country's future development strategy,reform of administrative framework,further opening to the outside world,building of public service system and some specific sectors in the field of tourism development.
