摘要
在比较了四种电站锅炉效率的简化计算模型,并进行改进和补充的基础上,建立了基于在线计算模型,并对某电厂600 MW机组2 019 t/h锅炉进行了实例分析。结果表明,与国标中的锅炉热效率计算模型相比,这四种模型的误差均较小,可用于电站锅炉的燃烧监控与优化运行。但模型1~模型3具有更高的计算精度,模型1和模型2比模型3和模型4具有更好的适用性。
New calculation models of boiler efficiency were built up based on improvement and supplement on 4 simplified calculation models,with which an analysis was performed for a 2 019 t/h boiler of 600 MW power unit.Results show that compared with calculation models specified in relevant national standards for boiler thermal efficiency,all the 4 models produce a little error,which are therefore suitable for boiler combustion monitoring and operation optimization.However,among the 4 models,models 1 and 3 have a higher calculation precision,while models 1 and 2 have a wider applicability.
