摘要
采用提拉法生长 Nd: Y Ca4 O( B O3)3(简称 Nd: Y C O B)晶体。在不同的几何配置下观察了 Nd: Y C O B 晶体的拉曼光谱,讨论了 Nd: Y C O B 拉曼谱与其结构的关系,认为 Nd: Y C O B 晶体的非线性光学性质主要起源于 B O3平面三角形基团。
Neodium doped Yttrium Calcium Oxoborate single crystals are grown by a melt pulling method.Raman spectra of the crystal have been obtained with different geometric arrangements.The relationship between Raman spectrum and its crystal structure is discussed.It is shown that the nonlinearity of the crystal is mainly originated from BO 3 planar groups in the structure.
