Research of Micro-emulsified Cutting Fluid for Magnesium Alloy

通过对缓蚀剂、表面活性剂和润滑剂复配的考察,研制了一种镁合金微乳化切削液。该微乳化切削液具有良好的防锈性能、抗腐蚀性能和润滑性能。

A micro-emulsified cutting fluid was developed for magnesium alloy by studying the combinations of corrosive inhibitors, surfactants and lubricants. This micro-emulsified cutting fluid possessed good rust resistance property, corrosive inhibition property and lubricity.
