摘要
中外合资企业正呈现出一种独资化的倾向,这是由合资企业内在的不稳定特征决定的。合资企业控制权的演进一直是合资企业的核心问题。对该领域的文献进行了全面的归纳,分析了控制权演进的理论基础和原因,并针对目前研究的不足指出了未来的研究方向。
Many joint ventures are being internalized by one of their parent firms.This situation results from their intrinsic and underlying instability.This kind of instability contributes to frequent internal evolutions of control,which is the core of researches related to joint venture.We made a comprehensive summary of the literatures in this field,and analyzed the evolution of control and the reason of the evolution,then point out some directions of future research.
