摘要
对自主创新微观主体——自主创新人才创新效率进行了研究。构建了自主创新人才创新效率评价指标体系和模型,并对大连船舶重工集团某自主创新团队进行了调研,在调研的基础上进行了示例验证,分析了该自主创新团队的个体效率、分维度效率和指标敏感性,最后提出了相应的对策建议。
This article focus on the micro-innovation subject-the personnel innovation efficiency of innovation talent.The author establish an evaluation index system and model to evaluate the personnel innovation efficiency of innovation talent,and carry on an example research based on the data form Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co.,LTD.,analyzed the individual efficiency,dimension efficiency and the sensitivity of indicators.Finally puts forward corresponding countermeasure and suggestion.
