基于结构方程模型的江苏省基层药监执法影响因素分析

An analysis of factors influencing grass-roots drug administration enforcement in Jiangsu province based on a structural equation model

为探索江苏省基层药监执法影响因素之间的关系,加强基层药监执法能力建设,文章在文献研究和专家访谈的基础上,对基层药监执法人员进行问卷调查,应用SPSS 17.0和LISREL软件处理数据,构建结构方程模型。得到拟合参数RMSEA=0.073,NFI=0.94,CFI=0.95,IFI=0.95,GFI=0.85,AGFI=0.79,模型拟合较好,并且监管队伍、监管资源、监管对象对监管效果有显著影响,影响因子分别为0.78,0.690,.46。经分析认为完善的基层药监队伍建设状况、充足的基层药品监管资源以及良好的监管对象状况对江苏省基层药监执法具有直接、正向的影响,完善的监管制度、完善的药品安全监管体制、良好的外部环境对江苏省基层药监执法具有间接、正向的影响。

In order to explore the relationship between the factors influencing grass-roots drug administration enforcement in Jiangsu province,and to strengthen the drug administration enforcement capabilities,we investigated the grass-roots drug law enforcer with a questionnaire on basis of documents research and expert interview.SPSS 17.0 and LISREL were used to analyze the results and to build structural equation model（SEM）.The fitting parameters were RMSEA=0.073,NFI=0.94,CFI=0.95,IFI=0.95,GFI=0.85,AGFI=0.79,which represented a better model fitting.Drug safety supervision team,resources and regulated ones affected monitoring results significantly with the impact factors of 0.78,0.69 and 0.46,respectively.Therefore,we conclude that good drug safety supervision team,resources and regulated ones have direct and positive effects on grass-roots drug administration enforcemen.Good supervision institution,system and environments have indirect and positive effects on grass-roots drug administration enforcement in Jiangsu province.
