专业学位教育的发展需要一支过硬的师资队伍,但我国专业学位教育师资队伍目前存在思想观念偏差、教学方式陈旧、教师结构不合理等一系列问题。加强专业学位教育师资队伍建设:一是要强化专业学位教育地位,稳定教师队伍;二是要整合资源,组建符合专业学位教育要求的师资队伍;三是要加强培训,全面提高师资队伍素质。

The development of professional degree education needs a constellation of competent teachers to prop up.However,there exist many problems in the faculty construction of professional degree education in China at present.This paper explores such problems which include： ideological deviation,outdated teaching methods,irrational teachers＇ structure and so on.On this basis,the paper recommends the following： first,enhancing the role of professional degree education and improving the quality of teachers;second,integrating resources and setting up a competent teaching staff in line with the requirements of professional degree education;and third,intensifying professional training to comprehensively improve the quality of teachers for professional degree education.
