摘要
目的:测定男子柔道运动员6周减体重实验中与能量平衡有关的食欲素A、瘦素和神经肽Y水平变化。方法:限制饮食进行训练,并以血乳酸作为监控标准。结果:运动员平均体重下降4.14±1.54 kg或下降5.8%;血清食欲素水平从第2周开始持续高于实验前,并显著高于对照组;血清瘦素水平从第2周开始持续低于实验前,并显著低于对照组;血浆神经肽Y水平未见变化,但有上升趋势;运动员血清睾酮、血清皮质醇水平和睾酮/皮质醇比值未见明显改变。结论:6周的减体重过程中机体机能能力未受影响,运动员体重的下降可能是通过食欲素A和瘦素等诸多神经肽对能量平衡的作用而实现的,这对探索优秀运动员减体重工作中具有启示意义。
Orexin A,leptin and neuropeptide Y play a key role in the energy balance of humans and animals.The aim of this study was to investigate the changes of those neuropeptides in six-week weight loss trials in which restricted diet and intensity training was applied and blood lactate was used to control the training intensity for elite male judokas.The results showed that the mean reduction of body weight in weight loss group during whole study phase was 4.14 ±1.54 kg or 5.8% of decreasing;there were sustained increase in orexin A levels of weight loss group from second week and higher than control group at their relevant time points;and it was also showed that leptin levels successively decreased in weight loss group from second week and also lower than control group at their corresponding time points;the study did not find significant changes of NPY,testosterone,cortisol levels and testosterone/cortisol ratio.In conclusion,it was considered that physical capacity of weight loss group has not been affected in six-week weight loss trials,and it seems to be evidence that the neuropeptides such as orexin A and leptin play a major role to conduct a negative energy balance.
