摘要
柔韧训练研究的核心就是柔韧训练的方法及效果的问题,结合人体软组织在温度影响下的力学特性,试图探索一种新的结合了温度条件的柔韧训练方法,并对不同条件下的柔韧训练效果进行比较分析,找出在温度影响下的较好的柔韧训练方法。结果发现,在对髋关节进行柔韧训练时,对拉伸部位加温会促进训练效果;在加温条件下,加热肌腱部位对柔韧性的提高效果要比加热肌腹部位好;在人体可以承受的加温所用的温度范围内,使用较高的温度与使用较低的温度进行柔韧训练的效果没有显著性的差异。
The method and effect is the core of the flexibility training.This study attempted to develop a new flexibility-training method combining the temperature actor,and to compare the training effects under different conditions to find the best flexibility-training method with temperature actor.The result shows that in flexibility training of hip joint,heating the stretched parts can improve the effect of training,and heating the tendon parts can improve the flexibility better than the muscle belly parts.The effects of higher or lower temperature in the training have not result in significant differences.
