摘要
科技创新平台在科技创新活动过程中起着至关重要的作用。论文分析了科技创新平台的特性和运行机制,探讨了科技创新的外部性特征,并对科技创新平台与科技创新外部性内在化之间关系进行研究,揭示了科技创新平台促进科技创新外部性内在化的机理。
Technological innovation platform plays a crucial role in the technology innovation activities.We analyzed the characteristics and running mechanism of technological innovation platform,discussed the characteristics of externality of technology innovation,furthermore,we studied the relationship between the technological innovation platform and internalizing the externality of technology innovation,disclosed the mechanism that technological innovation platform promote the internalizing of externality of technology innovation.
