中国政府公共R&D与自主创新关系的实证研究

Empirical Analysis on Relationship between China's Governmental Public R&D Investment and Independent Innovation

运用协整检验、误差修正模型和Granger因果检验等计量方法,对中国自主创新能力与政府公共R&D之间的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明:二者之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系,政府公共R&D是自主创新能力的Granger原因;从长期来看,政府公共R&D对中国的自主能力的提升具有较为明显的促进作用。中国政府为此应该采取相关对策,促进自主创新能力的提升。

In this paper, the author applies co -integration analysis, error correction model, Granger causality test to analyze the relationship between China＇ s pubic R＆D and independent innovation. The results show that there is a kind of long - run equilibrium relationship between them. Governmental pubic R＆D investment is the Granger reason for independent innovation. In the long run, governmental R＆D investment may truly improve China＇ s ability of independent innovation.
