基于因子分析法的国防高校科技创新能力结构与评价体系研究

A Factor-Based Analysis of the Research on the capability structure and evaluation architecture of science and technology Innovation Capability of Defense Universities

针对国防高校科技创新的特点,明确了国防高校科技创新能力的概念及构成要素,设计了国防高校科技创新能力的评价指标体系。在此基础上,以原国防科工委所属的7所高校为例,利用教育部科技发展中心和各高校网站公布的统计数据,采用因子分析法提取并验证了国防高校科技创新能力结构和评价体系。

Based on the characters of defense universities,the definition,constituent and its structure of the science and technology innovation capabilities of defense universities is given.The evaluation index system is proposed.According to the statistics data of the seven universities belonged to COSTIND from the Ministry of Education and the information published in network,a systematic evaluation and analysis on the science and technology innovation capabilities of defense universities is designed.Factor analysis is applied to extract and examine the constituent and its structure of the science and technology innovation capabilities of defense universities.
