摘要
地方高校科研创新团队的建设成效不容乐观,主要是地方高校普遍存在智力资本、物质条件、成长载体和发展环境等方面的多重制约。然而,地方高校由于没有正视这些困境,在科研创新团队建设中容易陷入建设目标、人员构成、运行机制等方面的误区,其出路在于目标追求上的显性与隐性结合、人员构成上的校内与校外结合、运行机制上的教学与科研结合。
The effectiveness of innovative research team building in local universities is not optimistic mainly because of the multiple constraints of intellectual capital,material conditions,growth media and development environment.However,there is misunderstanding including team target,team-partners composition and operation mechanisms due to lack of right judgment on these dilemmas.The outlet is given as to address explicit and implicit targets,internal and external team-partners,operating mechanism based on the teaching and research.
