关于实施高校外语科研知识管理的思考与实践

Thinking and Practice of Knowledge Management for Foreign Language Research

在深入分析高校外语科研工作中存在的问题及其产生原因的基础上,提出知识管理是促进高校外语研究创新的一条新路。在浙江省新世纪高等教育教学改革项目支持下进行了探索与实践,开发完成一个外语研究知识管理平台FLRKM,包括"资料、知识共享"、"专家知识库"、"学科知识导航"以及"互动合作研究"4个子系统,具有知识组织、共享、检索、导航与协作支持等功能。系统运行结果表明,实施知识管理能够有效改善高校外语教师在从事科研中遇到的资料匮乏、无人指导、封闭研究、科研成果质量不高等问题,对增强外语科研活力,推动外语学科建设与发展具有十分积极的意义。

This paper,after analyzing the status quo of research among college foreign language teachers and its contributing factors,the paper proposes that knowledge management（KM） is a new way to boost foreign language research innovation.Under the support of Zhejiang New Century Higher Education and Teaching Reform Project,FLRKM platform has been developed,which consists of four subsystems,including ＂information and knowledge sharing＂ module,＂expert knowledge base＂ module,＂discipline knowledge guide＂ module,and ＂interactive cooperative research＂ module,providing such functions as organizing,sharing,retrieving,guiding and interacting.The operation of FLRKM platform shows that the implementation of KM can effectively solve such problems as scarcity of research materials,lack of guidance,isolation in research,unsatisfactory quality of research findings,thus facilitating substantial development in foreign language research.
