跨国并购对辽宁省装备制造业产业安全的影响研究

Research on the Impacts of Cross-border M & A on Industrial Security of the Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Liaoning Province

辽宁省装备制造业在辽宁省经济中占有重要地位,是辽宁省经济的支柱产业。近年来,外资、外企和外国技术逐渐渗透到辽宁省装备制造业中,出现了装备制造业龙头企业被跨国企业并购的情况,对产业的成长性、竞争力和控制力产生了一定的负面影响。文章对跨国并购对辽宁省装备制造业产业安全的影响进行了评价,并为促进辽宁省装备制造业的安全和健康发展,提出相应的对策建议。

As a pillar industry in Liaoning province,the equipment manufacturing industry plays an important role in Liaoning economy.In recent years,foreign investment,foreign companies and foreign technology have penetrated into this industry,and especially some leading enterprises have been brought into M A carried out by multinational corporations,which have some negative effects on industrial growth,competitiveness and control.This paper examines the impacts of cross-border M A on industrial security of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province through data and a model,and finally presents some suggestions to promote the equipment manufacturing industry to develop safely and healthily.
