软件与信息服务外包人才培养模式的研究与实践

Research and Practice on Talents Cultivation Mode of the Software and Information Service Outsourcing

在当前国际软件服务外包的大背景下,高等院校面临如何调整学科专业、培养国际软件与信息服务外包的专业人才的问题。结合广东外语外贸大学思科信息学院新申办的教育部特色专业——计算机专业群服务外包方向,对软件与信息服务外包人才培养模式的专业调整、师资队伍、课程体系、校企合作等方面进行探索,提出转变人才培养模式的建议。

In the current environment of international IT outsourcing,how to adjust the university disciplines and train professionals of international software and information services outsourcing are problems confronting us.We have successfully declared a new featured professional of computer group（outsourcing direction）.Based on the featured professional,the paper explores IT outsourcing training modes,including discipline adjustment,teaching staff,curriculum,school-enterprise cooperation,etc.Finally,it gives a recommendation of how to change training pattern in IT field.
