摘要
采用点云分析的容量计量方法对大型立式液态石化产品储罐容量测量问题进行了研究。利用光学相位测距原理和光栅度盘测角原理,在伺服系统控制下,实现了立式罐圈板空间坐标点云的获取,空间点云位置允差达到2mm。并用迭代算法和最小二乘算法对立式罐测量点坐标的数据进行了分析处理,拟合出立式罐不同圈板处的等效半径。以1000m^3立式罐为比对试验对象,点云测量分析方法计算结果与国际仲裁标准围尺法测量结果的最大半径偏差为2.8mm。
A vertical tank volume measuring method based on data cloud analysis is researched. The distance measurement by phase and angular measurement with optical grating is applied to acquire coordinates of data cloud in each plate under the control of servo system, and the permitted error of point location is 2 mm. Iterative method and least square algorithms were used to process the measured data and deduce equivalent radius of each loop. In comparison experiment, one 1000 m3 vertical tank is used as test object. The largest measured radius difference between the new laser method and strapping method (international arbitrary standard) is 2. 8 mm.
