This article illustrated that the ＂recognition＂ should always runs through practical clinical work of TCM through examples,to attach importance to demonstration system of clinical syndrome inherent in TCM and the identification thinking system.To identify backing to the demonstration and treatment system inherent in TCM,which is a key element to improve efficacy,so the identification of disease syndrome is the most important aspect.
