摘要
现行网络向宽带网络平稳过渡是网络发展的必然。文章提出了基于 Ａ Ｔ Ｍ 的 Ｃ Ｔ Ｉ 技术的解决方案，并阐述了 Ｃ Ｔ Ｉ 系统基本结构模型、技术标准以及基于 Ａ Ｔ Ｍ 的 Ｃ Ｔ Ｉ 平台系统结构、技术特点。
It's necessary for our telecommunication network to transit from narrow band to broad band. This paper suggested ATM Based CTI System solution, introduced CTI model and key technology standards, and described ATM Based CTI platform structure, characters and its applications. Finally, the obstacles in practice are pointed out.
