摘要
针对混合动力汽车电池管理系统的特点,设计了基于控制器局域网(CAN)总线的混合动汽车电池管理系统的电控单元(ECU),给出了基于CAN总线的混合动力汽车电池管理系统主要模块的详细硬件电路图,以及部分主要模块的程序流程图。各ECU通过CAN总线进行连接,在中央电控单元(CCU)的管理下,实现数据的共享,同时减少了连接的线束,便于电池在汽车中的布置等优点,安全性和可靠性高。
An ECU ( electronic control unit) for battery management system of hybrid vehicle is designed based on CAN(control area network) bus according to characteristic of hybrid vehicle. Main module flow and detailed hardware circuit of battery management system for hybrid vehicle on basis of CAN bus are presented. Each node was connected with a CAN bus to share the data with each other. This kind of linkage is not only useful for reducing the wiring harness, but also can provide flexible layout of batteries and furthermore improves security and reliability.
